I do not remember my dreams. For as long as I can remember, I've forgotten them as soon as I wake up.

I have never taken medicine to sleep, but I have on occasion slipped a little whiskey into my tea.
Works for many things.

It is a remedy my parents swore by, but whiskey is hard to come by so I only use it when I really need it.
